These recent AT&T Specials detail the Bundy Standoff in Bunkerville, Nevada and at the Malhuer Wildlife Reserve in Oregon.  They show a fairly well-balanced view of the plight every rancher in America faces dealing with antagonistic federal agencies and their agendas.

     Removing families who work range lands is a primary goal of the environmental (Agenda 2030) movement who have successfully infiltrated every agency of government, the media and public schools.

    The standoffs that ensued at Bunkerville and Malhuer were grassroots protests that grew out of an abundance of federal abuses that have left western rural communities impoverished by their hand.  Miners and loggers are now long gone from the landscape.  Spin-doctors have made the Bundy’s and those many others who took a stand against these abuses as armed criminals in an insurrection against the government.  The imbalance of power has put westerners in a predicament where even Constitutional guarantees no longer apply.  The defense of such is a certain ticket to prison or murder as in the case with Lavoy Finnicum. 

     BLM agents have given no quarter. Intimidation of force, media manipulated public opinion and judicial activism by federal courts have left little chance that any question of jurisdiction or public right be seen in full light of day. This “American Standoff” is the last gasp of a dying nation whose ethos proclaimed the rights and privileges of the individual superior to an all mighty government of constitutionally blind prosecutors.

A judge sentenced three Muslim refugee boys in the sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl in Idaho, but nobody knows the length or terms of the sentence because the judge has barred everyone in the courtroom, including the victim’s own parents, from speaking about the case.

The three boys — two from Iraq ages 7 and 10, and one from Sudan aged 14 — pleaded guilty in juvenile court in April to multiple counts of sex crimes in an incident that occurred last June in Twin Falls. Message to the head of the local resettlement agency in Twin Falls, Idaho: It is not a good idea to start putting out information about a refugee’s tax liability that can be easily checked!

Adult Immunization Tracking Voted Down

Idaho HB 91 was designed to further expand the Idaho immunization tracking system. The largest concern of the system is privacy, security and the inability of parents to confirm their child's private medical information is expunged when a family chooses to OPT OUT. This system is in place to record vaccinations /immunizations (or lack thereof) in children. Your child's medical information is automatically entered into a system accessible by health department vendors, health officials, doctors, schools and registered daycare. HB 91 would have expanded the data tracking with the mandated inclusion of adults. 

Take Action:
If you wish to opt your child out of the system you may do so by visiting: the Health and Welfare website
Citizens are unable to OPT OUT of this central database until AFTER the child's private medical information is uploaded and accessible by all users.
The Health Department processes the request for exclusion via a written online or mailed in form.  ( OPT - OUT request) Per the HW Department website its the responsibility of the parent to make sure the information is not re-entered into the system. OPT OUT is required each and every time a child visits a medical facility that has the capability of administering vaccinations.

(TWIN FALLS) - SAT. 2/25/17 -- About a dozen or so local patriots rallied in front of the Twin Falls County Courthouse on Saturday to demonstrate their support for our civil liberties as enumerated by the US Constitution, and to bring awareness of the unresolved injustices surrounding the 'Jayla case', and of Idaho political prisoners in the 'Bundy ranch standoff case.' (See the 'Bundy Movie' below to learn more.)

The event was organized by Julie DeWolfe of Twin Falls Chapter of ACT! for America. Lance Earl of DallyPost and Tony Pellegrino of 'God and Country' series, presented messages.  Those who stopped to talk with us were introduced to local liberty groups in the Magic Valley.

The Washington Post is very wasteful.

     They sent a pseudo-reporter to Twin Falls, Idaho to get a couple names and pseudo-facts for a pre-conceived article.  A pseudo-fact is something that is written as if it’s true because the subject was discussed, but the person who was interviewed by the pseudo-reporter didn’t say what he wrote.   The pseudo-reporter wrote what fit the desired impression for the pre-conceived article.

       The on-site visit was simply to give the article the sheen of legitimacy because the Post is a newspaper of record and they would never outright lie, they just write pseudo-factual articles that fit their narrative using location as a backdrop.

No one thought it could be done.

Rep. John Rusche (Democrat-District 6) was the House Minority Leader and he led a very deceitful campaign about his gun rights record. Gun owners handed him a huge defeat and chose his Republican Challenger Mike Kingsley instead.

Rusche tried to deceive gun owners into thinking he was pro-gun. Rusche touted his vote for Constitutional Carry but when we exposed what really happened at the Capitol his voters were not happy!

Gun owners also pulled offer a victory against Senator Dan Schmidt!  He voted against Constitutional Carry and we are happy to see him go!

Gun owners ALMOST pulled off the trifecta and beat Rep. Paulette Jordan who also voted against Constitutional Carry.  She beat Republican Challenger Carl Berglund by 250 votes.  It was that close. Had the ISAA not been involved she surely would have won by a larger margin.  Incumbents are tough to beat but gun owners beat several of them. 

We are happy to announce that Rep. Christy Zito has won her first term as Representative in District 23. She will be a stalwart defender of the 2nd Amendment in Idaho.

We want to thank all of you who voted yesterday and thank you for your continued support of the Idaho Second Amendment Alliance.  We are making a huge difference in Idaho and we still have much work to do.  We can't rest because there is a Republican President.

Letter to Idaho Senators Crapo and Risch, and Representative Simpson

The City Filer will be spending $6.1 million for NO improvement in our water to comply with the EPA's arsenic level!  The EPA/DEQ will levy fines for non-compliance or stop government grants to the city.  This is blackmail & extortion!

The non-scientific Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) mandate to lower arsenic levels in drinking water from 50 parts per billion to 10 ppb is not based on scientific research, and will needlessly cost taxpayers millions of dollars to comply. 

Twin Falls spent $23 million to comply.  Buhl and Castleford have been forced to spend millions which has greatly increased users water rates.  Now, Filer which has an arsenic level of about 11 has on the November 8th ballot a $6.1 million bond issue to comply. Will lowering arsenic 1ppBillion really improve our water quality?  Of course it will not!

The cost to each Filer water user will be at least $25 per month or a total of $6,000 for the 20 years.  This is a total waste of money and will do nothing to make Filer water safer.  $25 per month may not sound like much, but the minimum water, sewer and waste bill is already $108.50 per month.

The growth in EPA’s power can be gauged by the growth in the length of the Clean Air Act. It went from 8 pages in 1965 to 718 pages in 1990.  There are now over 15,000 EPA bureaucrats spending billions of our tax dollars to regulate and control us.  The EPA's war on coal supposedly due to the global warming hoax is causing utility rates to rise as coal fired plants are shut down. 

The EPA is implementing the United Nation's Agenda 2030 which is to control all human activity on the planet.  H.R. 1205 should be passed to get out of the anti-American, pro-Communist United Nations!

The EPA has become a Green Gestapo as it is now implementing the Biodiversity and Global Climate Treaties even though the U.S. Senate never ratified either one.  Both violate private property rights and are very detrimental to agriculture and industry.  Government regulations add 22% to the cost of every American made product and are driving U.S. companies to foreign countries.

How do we stop this power grab?  Stop EPA funding and abolish this political, non-scientific agency!  Do not implement any EPA mandate without real scientific data!  Congress must stop the EPA’s socialistic madness.  Please let me know you will stop the EPA's unscientific mandates and expose the global warming HOAX!

IT'S TIME TO BOYCOTT CORPORATIONS IN THE MAGIC VALLEY THAT FUND PLANNED PARENTHOOD

Of Planned Parenthood's $1.3 billion in yearly revenue, over 25% comes from private donations, including corporate donations.  According to 2nd Vote, the following companies, with businesses located in the Magic Valley, have directly funded Planned Parenthood:  Bank of America, Macy's, Starbucks, Verizon, Wells Fargo. Let’s say your high school daughter comes home and announces that boys are using the girl’s bathroom. What would you do?  A Boise couple decided to keep their daughter out of school after they learned about a school policy of allowing a transgender boy to use the girl's bathroom.

On May 13 this year, a firestorm of public controversy erupted when the Obama administration mandated public school bathrooms to accommodate transgender students.  Idaho school districts were directed by the federal government to adopt “gender inclusion”, that would allow students to use bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their “gender expression.”

Idaho leaders quickly reacted to the federal government’s transgender mandate, including Governor “Butch” Otter and Superintendent Sherri Ybarra.

Otter issued a statement calling the mandate, “The vast overreach by the Obama administration once again shows the federal government’s disregard for states’ rights and local control of our schools.” Ybara, in her issued statement, echoed Otter’s concerns.  “Shame on this administration for using our most vulnerable students and threatening the loss of Title 1 money in a time when funding for education is already a tense topic, especially for our over 70% rural school students.” Ybara was referring to the threat by the Obama administration to pull Title 1 funding -- which funds school meal programs – if the school does not abide by the mandate.

What most parents don’t know

But what many parents may not know is that the Twin Falls School District Board of Trustees adopted a “Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation” policy way back on 10/12/15 (Go to policy #3281) about seven months before Obama’s mandate was announced last May.  The policy calls for transgender students being “allowed to use the bathroom and locker room that corresponds to the gender identity they consistently assert at school.”

Idaho joins the fight

The Washington Post reported last July that ten states are suing the Obama administration to stop the directive.  Arkansas, Kansas, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Wyoming.  In July,  Otter filed an amicus brief in support of the 10 states that filed a lawsuit to put the brakes against what he termed “unconstitutional restrictions on the Idaho’s sovereignty.”   The court challenge asks a judge to declare the transgender directive unlawful.
