IDAHO LEGISLATION ACTION ALERT: Support HOUSE BILL 94
HB 94 protect American citizens’ constitutional rights against Islamic Shariah Law.
Idaho Rep. Eric Redman's proposed legislation, "American and Idaho Laws for Idaho Courts," is on its way to the Idaho House State Affairs Committee and is now known as House Bill 94 (HB94).
The Refugee Resettlement Program has brought many refugees into our state who likely favor Sharia Law and may want to use it if the opportunity arises. In fact, the Center for Security Policy published a paper in 2015 where they listed 146 cases in 32 different states in which Sharia had been brought up in a case. (Here is a link to that paper: http://www.centerforsecuritypolicy.org/…/shariah-in-americ…/)
Why wait until we need this law when we can pass it now and show those who might wish to use it that we are taking a firm stand in support of the Idaho and U.S. Constitutions? The best offense is a good defense against the creeping spread of radical Islam to avoid situations like has happened in so much of Europe and Scandinavia.
Remember, it is not the individual Muslims that we object to or oppose, but it is the ideology espoused by Islam in the Koran and the other holy books of Islam.
TAKE ACTION NOW:
1. Let your Idaho Legislators know you support HB94. You can find your legislator's contact information here: https://legislature.idaho.gov/

IDAHO LEGISLATION ALERT: Support "Buck the Core" to end Common Core
As one of our projects for 2017, WtPMV is working with Idahoans for Local Education, and other liberty-minded citizens, parents and state legislators to expel Common Core from Idaho. The goal is to urge the Education Committee to grant the proposal a Committee hearing so it can become a House Bill, thereby allowing it to come to the House floor for a vote.
Take Action Now!
1. Go to Growing Freedom for Idaho website, click on "Email the Committees" and scroll down to the Education Committee. Simply click "Email the Committee" to send one email to all members, including the Chairperson (who is holding up the proposal for a hearing, we are told). You're done.

IDAHO LEGISLATION ALERT: Support "Castle Doctrine Upgrade"
This legislation is going to be a tough battle and we need as many citizens as possible to reach out to their legislators and ask them to co-sponsor this important bill! Idaho Second Amendment Alliance is pushing a Castle Doctrine bill that does several things:
>> It moves the presumption of innocence from the criminal to the homeowner. In other words, you are presumed to have acted within the law unless the criminal or State can prove otherwise.
>> It protects you in your home, vehicle, and place of business.
>> It also provides criminal immunity should the State attempt to punish you for defending your life, and would require the State to reimburse legal expenses to you should you be found not guilty.
>> There is also a provision for civil immunity that would prevent the family from
