Five Year Old Girl Allegedly Raped by Two Refugee Boys in Twin Falls

So far the situation I reported about the child rape in Twin Falls is holding up. Twin Falls Police Department white-washed the story (to a personal friend) and called it consensual sex between children. No arrests have been made. The boys were between 9 and 13, reports say they did not speak English, they are refugees. The victim is a five year old girl with possible disabilities. She was violated and videotaped in the shared laundry room at the apartment. I understand a rape kit was done, I heard reports that she was urinated on.
